I changed my mind: how can I exchange a product I bought online?

The buyer may withdraw from the contract (for any reason) within 14 days of receiving the product and request a replacement for one or more different products.

In case of replacement, the buyer is obliged to bear the cost of returning the product to be replaced, as well as the cost of shipping the new, selected product.

Requests to replace the product should be sent by email to the following email address: support@obagbudapest.com, from which we will send a Replacement Permit Confirmation. The e-mail sent to us must include the order number, the product code, and an explicit, unambiguous description of the customer's intention to replace the product(s).

The product to be replaced can be sent by courier or traditional postal service with an online purchase invoice attached.

The return address will be sent in the Replacement Authorization Confirmation.

I want to return the product I bought online and want a refund so I can do it?

Under the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of the invoice (with a simple explanation) and has an additional 14 days to return it and receive a refund. In case of return, the buyer bears the related costs.

In case of replacement, the buyer is obliged to bear the cost of returning the product to be replaced, as well as the cost of shipping the new, selected product.

The customer must send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: support@obagbudapest.com, from which they will receive a Replacement Permit Confirmation.

The email must include the order number, the code for the product to be returned, and a clear description that you want to request a refund.

The product to be replaced can be sent by courier or traditional postal service with an online purchase invoice attached.

Refunds will be made via bank transfer, please email us your bank account details to which you request a refund.

The return address will be sent in the Replacement Authorization Confirmation.

The product I bought online is damaged. Who should I contact about this matter?

For information about the products purchased on our website, in case of damage, you can write to the e-mail address support@obagbudapest.com, attaching the invoice, as well as some photos of the product, showing the damaged part in the e-mail. Our staff will be at your disposal.
